MHDC Interest Rates Change July 1, 2011

MHDC is lowering the mortgage interest rates offered to first-time homebuyers; the rates listed below are effective July 1, 2011. As a reminder, MHDC funds are continuously available for first-time homebuyers.
Rates effective July 1, 2011, are below.

 
Cash Assistance Loan (CAL):
Government Program: 5.00%  

Conventional Program: 5.20%

 
Non Cash Assistance Loan (Non CAL):
Government Program: 4.50%  

Conventional Program: 4.70%

Close All Foundation & Crawlspace Vents.This will help with your utility bill, as well as keep your pipes from freezing during the winter.

Replace Batteries In All Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors.

Unhook All Hoses From Hydrants.
Keeping the hose attached to hydrants doesn’t allow water to drain & will cause a rupture.
