After 5 years of working and gaining experience and knowledge about the real estate profession at Rand Holland Realtors, Aaron Wilken decided it was time to start his lifelong dream to start his own real estate company. With its first location on 841 S. Glenstone, Springfield MO, Aaron with 3 other agents started Wilken & Associates LLC Realtors in 2000. Taking from Aaron’s principles of hard work, personal service and professionalism the company grew in the next few years from 3 agents to 22 agents. In 2004, Aaron purchased an office building and moved the company to its new location at 1627 S. Campbell Springfield, MO and for simplicity sake shortened the business name to WilkenLLC Realtors.
Wilken Realtors has been featured in the Springfield Business Journal on several occasions and according to the Journal is now the 6th largest real estate brokerage in the Greater Springfield (Southwest Missouri) area. We have built a fantastic referral network of agents and clients through good business, hard work, personal service and professionalism. After 11 years we continue building our company through referrals and marketing.
Owner Bio
Aaron Wilken is a graduate of Missouri State University where he majored in Economics and General Business. Upon graduation he started his career in Real Estate in 1995 working for Rand Holland Realtors in Springfield, MO. After several years experience and advanced schooling Aaron acquired his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1998. Aaron is active at both the State and Local levels of real estate and has served on the Grievance and Professional Standards committees for several years, MLS Director, MLS Secretary/Treasurer, MLS Vice President, MLS President, Greater Springfield Board of Realtors Director and Missouri Association of Realtors Director. Aaron was nominated by the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors as REALTOR Broker of the Year in 2008. Aaron is an Accredited Buyer Representative, a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, is E-Pro certified and a graduate of the Missouri Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
